One thing I've learned, both through education and through working with patients in various settings, is that chronic pain is rarely as simple as "something hurts, so fix that spot."

Many people come to our clinic after trying multiple approaches to manage their pain. They've done physical therapy, tried medications, used ice and heat, purchased supportive devices, and followed recommendations from various healthcare providers.
