Refund & Return Policy

In-Stock Items (Shipped by Us)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging

  • Refunds issued after returned item is received and inspected

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged

  • Contact us at info@maryvilleacupuncture.com to initiate a return

Drop-Shipped Products

  • Subject to the supplier’s return policies

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery with order number and a photo of the issue

  • We’ll assist you, but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the supplier’s terms

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare items

Affiliate Products (e.g., Supplements)

Class Action Waiver
